I created the Surgi Snuggly because I didnt want to put that hard, plastic, scary E Collar on my puppy after her surgery! Just like other pet owners I felt terrible for my puppy and I didnt want to make her uncomfortable after her hard day of surgery. So that very night my husband, Dr. Paul Williams,DVM and I created the first Surgi Snuggly!
